The powder coated articles move on a conveyor belt inside the conveyor oven where the articles are cured at 425 F and the surplus powder is recovered for reuse in the recovery booth. The ovens use fuzzy logic and have a touch screen operation.

They’re used primarily for two related purposes: to restrict the dispersal of the powder used in the process, and to contain and capture the overspray — that is, any powder that doesn't adhere to the object.
