Spray Booths and their Critical Areas

Industrial spray booths include airplane booths and production tunnels. They also include open face booths in all conceivable sizes and configurations subject to the customer’s specifications. From ‘table tops’ to airplane booths spray booths can come in a variety of shapes and sizes. While tabletops come as the functional variants of open-faced spray booths, airplane booths can accommodate two seat airplanes to the Boeing 747’s and fighter jets.
The critical areas in these spray booths are economy, ruggedness of design and fabrication, adequacy of lighting, ease of erection and a process control which ensures speed of operation as well as environment protection.
In almost all cases, the filters are highly efficient and monitored electronically and the walls are coated with white powder for easy maintainability. The conveyor in production tunnels comes with automated robotic system for ease in batch production.
